Noluvo Ngcwabe has a BA in Industrial Psychology from UNISA, a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship Programmes and a certificate in Leadership Development Programmes from GIBS (Gordon Institute of Business Science).
She is a seasoned executive, boasting extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, having worked as a human resources executive. She joined Barloworld nine years ago and has held various portfolios within the organisation. Noluvo is also a principal trustee on both the Barloworld Trust and Barloworld Education Trust, responsible for donor funding and bursary funding.
Upon discovering her passion for assisting entrepreneurs, she championed and spearheaded the development, design and implementation of the highly acclaimed Barloworld Mbewu Programme, which is a flagship programme that provides seed funding, access to further finance with Barloworld’s strategic partners and capacity development programmes to social entrepreneurs in South Africa.
